Registration

The authors of accepted papers should fulfill the following:

1. fill in the online registration form;
2. fulfill the payment from his/her personal registration page.

These steps are described further in details.

Registration for the International Conference "Mathematical Methods, Models and Architectures for Computer Networks Security" (MMM–ACNS-07) as well as the hotel accommodation reservation, transfers and other service orders and payments should be done ON-LINE.

Please note that it is possible to make your orders and payments for the Conference services step by step (not simultaneously). After being registered you receive by e-mail your personal login and password, indicated during the registration, using which you can return to your registration page any time.

The registration of the accompanying person should be done online separately from the major participant registration. Registration fee should be paid from the accompanying person(s) page. Other Conference services for the accompanying person(s) (hotel accommodation, transfers, cultural program) can be booked and paid by the major participant (with certain notes at his (her) account).

Registration fees

The following fees apply for attending the Conference:

Only for full papers: 2 additional pages can be purchased (350 RUR for each additional page).
*At least one author of the accepted paper has to register no later than June 20; 2007; otherwise corresponding paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Registration fee for participants ("full registration") covers: 3 days of participation in all scientific sessions, 6 coffee breaks, 1 participant kit, 1 copy of Proceedings, 3 lunches, 1 city tour, welcome reception, dinner, visa support, transfer from the airport on arrival, one way transfer from conference hotels to conference venue in the mornings.

Reduced fee (for students only): 3 days of participation in all scientific sessions, 6 coffee breaks, 1 participant kit, 1 copy of Proceedings, 3 lunches, 1 city tour, welcome reception, dinner, visa support, one way transfer from conference hotels to conference venue in the mornings.

Document proving your student status must be presented at the same time with registration (by fax +7-(812)-335-20-39 or e-mail Natalia.Zakharova@monomax.org).

Registration fee for accompanying person covers: 3 lunches, 1 city tour, welcome reception, dinner, visa support, transfer from the airport on arrival (only if you accompany a Participant with full registration).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and received by the Conference Secretariat before the dates below:

• Before August 10, 2007: Full refund less administrative costs of 10%;
• Between August 10 and August 20, 2007 (inclusively both dates): 50% of registration fees will be reimbursed;
• No refund will apply for cancellations received after August 20, 2007.
• Refunds will be made after the Conference.

Payment Information

All payments should be done from the personal on-line registration page of the participant. To make the payments for the accompanying person, he or she should be registered separately, and fulfill the payment from his/her personal registration page.

All payment (registration fee, hotel accommodation or additional services) can be done separately. To return to the personal payment page to fulfill the rest of payment, the participant should use his/her login and password and enter the "Payment Section".

We regret but we accept neither private and company cheques or Euro cheques, nor Visa Electron credit cards.

The payments can be done in three different ways:

1. Credit card payment (all major credit cards are accepted for all charges: VISA (Classic only), EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
   
   If the Credit Card payment is preferable, the Agreement of Payment Form will be created automatically on clicking on this option. Be sure you marked the service you are paying for, before creating the Agreement of Payment Form. Please print it, fill it in, sign and send it to the Conference Service Agency secure fax number: +7-(812)-335-20-39.
   
   On receive your Agreement of Payment the Conference Service Agency will charge the stated amount from the indicated credit card and send the confirmation of payment to the participant.
   
   
2. Payment by Bank transfer
   
   If the payment by bank transfer is chosen by the participant as the preferable way of payment, the invoice for the total amount for chosen services will be created automatically during on-line registration process. Be sure you marked the service you are paying for, before creating the Invoice. It is possible to create the invoice for EURO or USD payment by pressing the correspondent button. Please print it and fulfill the payment.
   
   In order to confirm your payment please send the copy of your bank transfer order to Conference Service Agency by fax +7-(812)-335-20-39 or by mail: Natalia.Zakharova@monomax.org.

   • DO NOT MAKE ANY CORRECTIONS IN FIGURES AND NUMBERS IN AGREEMENT OF PAYMENT OR INVOICE
3. Internet payment
   
   For the Internet payments Monomax Meetings & Incentives uses Assist as the secure credit card Internet payment system. Assist e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making your purchase safe on-line. If you have chosen an Internet payment option simply follow the steps of instruction.
   
   Only VISA (Classic only) and EuroCard/MasterCard are accepted.
